Company & Social Events

Farm Mutual Re hosts many events throughout the year to enhance communication, involvement, and work-life balance.

Quarterly company connections are held, including our Professional Development Days where employees participate in learning, and social activities. We also hold summer barbeques, diverse holiday functions and regular potlucks.

Our Social Committee organizes events and activities such as dinner and movie outings, sports games and paint nights. Each season they also plan themed activities including an annual Children’s Holiday Celebration.
